Portrait by Clayton Hauck
My art embodies color, play and joy. It is a counterpoint to today’s fast paced and trendy culture. My practice embraces hand-work and I savor the meditated focus. Reframed objects and materials spark curiosity and delight in viewers. My art invites people to engage and look closer. I blend storytelling and experience with the goal of creating wonder. My work is inspired by the rich history of traditional craft and fine art processes, with a twist.
